Currently the building has been leased out to an American consulting, design and program management company, CH2M HILL. In 2012, as a leading member of the three-company international consortium (CLM Delivery Partner), CH2M HILL successfully delivered the infrastructure, major venues and sustainability strategy for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. As one of three firms that led the planning, design, and construction, CH2M HILL helped transform the area into the largest urban park created in Europe in more than 150 years—establishing a strong foundation for economic development and urban renewal. With more than 26,000 employees and gross revenue of US$6.6 billion, CH2M HILL celebrated countless industry recognitions in 2013.
After debuting on the FORTUNE 500 list at 436 in 2009, CH2M HILL ranked 415 in 2013 and 409 in 2014. Currently they are working on the QATAR WORLD CUP CITY. It will co-operate closely with the Qatar 2022 Supreme Committee to help ensure that all projects related to the World Cup, including a new international airport, 12 stadiums and a metro network, are all completed on time. The consultants will stay on until 2024, in order to ensure that all work is successfully completed.
